  • August 10, 1983 - After one hour of flying, both engines began loosing power. The aircraft failed to reach the Anchorage, AK airport and the pilot executed an off airport landing. The landing gear collapsed. (NTSB report ANC83FA141)

  • June 20, 1984 - N231 suffered a connecting rod failure after taking off from Cumming, GA and the aircraft was seen loosing control. The aircraft was destroyed and the two occupants killed. (NTSB report ATL84FA203)
