• July 1, 1978 - Following the inflight shutdown of the left engine while in cruise, the right engine failed. Unable to restart the left engine the pilot attempted a forced landing outside of Valley Center, KS. The aircraft collided with a fence and fence posts before stopping. (NTSB Report MKC78DCQ30)
